Subscription Options. Subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement, the Issuer must allot and issue, the Subscription Options:
(a) on the Option Completion Date; and
(b) free of any Security Interests.
Subscription Options. In the sole discretion of The Clerk of the Circuit Court for the City of Newport News, The Clerk provides an on-line database allowing “inquiry-only” access to the particular court's indices and/or documents.
Subscription Options. 4.2.1 Equities, Derivatives, Bonds and Bursa Malaysia Sectorial Index Series - Subscription by Market Depth Licensees and recipients of Equities, Derivatives, Bonds and Bursa Malaysia Sectorial Index Series Information are able to view the aforementioned by the following market depth by price: Equities ✓ ✓ Bond ✓ N/A Bursa Malaysia Sectorial Index Series ✓ N/A Derivatives ✓ N/A
Subscription Options. The options, authorities, limits and Accounts that apply to the subscription are included in Appendix 1 (Setup details). The Client can amend these Setup details (partially) by replacing Appendix 1 in its entirety or, if agreed, electronically through the relevant InsideBusiness functionality provided by ING.

Subscription Options. In the sole discretion of The Clerk of the Circuit Court for the City of Norfolk, The Clerk provides an on-line database allowing “inquiry- only” access to the particular court's indices and/or documents.
Subscription Options a) Whether you are using CityCycle on a Casual Pass, or as a Member, additional Usage Fees apply for any journey in excess of 30 minutes. Such Usage Fees are in addition to the cost of Membership or a Casual Pass and are debited from your account at the end of every month for Members or within 48 hours after expiry of a Casual Pass holder’s validity period.
b) A Casual Pass provides access to CityCycle for 24 hours.
c) There are two Membership options, a Full Membership or a Student Membership.
d) A Membership entitles you to use of the CityCycle scheme for one month from the date of subscription. Your Membership will automatically renew each month, and you will be debited another month’s Membership fees, if you do not opt- out of your Membership at least 72 hours prior to the end of the current monthly period. For example, if you take out a Membership on 5 November, you must cancel your Membership on or before 2 December, or you will be charged another month’s Membership fees.
e) The minimum term of Membership is one month. If you opt-out of your Membership prior to the end of the current monthly period, your Membership will still continue until the expiry of that monthly period, and you will not be entitled to any refund of Membership fees for that month.
f) You can cancel your Membership by visiting the website at xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx and logging into the “My Account” section of the website with your Membership details. Alternatively you can phone the Contact Centre on 0000 000 000 and request to opt-out.

ii. Corporate Umbrella Subscriptions
a. A corporate umbrella subscription is individual user applications paid for by a corporate entity b. Corporate Umbrella Subscriptions require individual user applications
c. Corporate Umbrella Subscriptions are only available as ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS • The initial subscription cost is $600 per year. Subsequent users for the same period are $100 per user/per year (example: for 3 corporate umbrella subscribers the cost to the corporate entity will be $900 per year)
iii. Individual Subscription
i. Individual Subscriptions are available on an annual and semi-annual basis
a. Annual Subscriptions are $600 per year
b. Semi-annual Subscriptions are $300 for six (6) months
Subscription Options. We may offer a number of different subscription options (including, without limitation, different subscription offerings for each of the Phoenix Suns and Phoenix Mercury). We may also offer subscription bundles, which may give you the option to subscribe to Phoenix Live Service along with third-party products and services and plans or subscriptions with differing conditions and limitations. We may also offer one-time pay per view events other subscription options, including services and plans with differing conditions limitations or bundles. The price and the duration of the subscription you select, plus any applicable sales taxes will be indicated on the order page prior to you placing your order. Prior to placing an order, you will see the pricing, duration of all available subscription options available to you and applicable sales taxes. Once you place your order, you will receive confirmation (via email) of the price, duration of your subscription and applicable sales taxes.
Subscription Options. By election set forth on the cover sheet of this Agreement, Subscriber shall have elected whether to subscribe for both the print and electronic versions of Journals or only the electronic versions.
