Monthly Treatments. Follow-up inspections and treatment, as needed, shall be accomplished at each facility. 3.2.2.1 For Agency locations, visits will be scheduled at least once a month. 3.2.2.2 Kitchens and food service areas will be visited a minimum of twice a month.
