Monthly Written Reports. The [Title.] of CONSULTANT shall prepare and submit to the designated CITY representative a monthly written report specifying the activities of CONSULTANT pursuant to this Agreement. CONSULTANT shall prepare the monthly written report in a format acceptable to the CITY. CONSULTANT shall submit the monthly written report to the CITY by the second Friday of each month.
Monthly Written Reports. Contractor shall submit monthly written reports to the City on the progress of the Work in such detail as required by City and as agreed to by the City and Contractor.
