Written Report. To provide a written report of the investigation to the County Compliance Manager within ten (10) working days of the discovery of the breach or unauthorized use or disclosure. The report shall include, but not be limited to, the information specified above, as well as a full, detailed corrective action plan, including information on measures that were taken to halt and/or contain the improper use or disclosure.
Written Report. The auditor shall prepare a written report documenting the results of the audit, including any deficiencies and recommendations for enhanced compliance with this AML Program. Copies of the report shall promptly be provided to the AML Compliance Officer and each Fund's Board of Directors for their review and consideration and may be provided to the AML Compliance Committee.

CDSS shall provide a written report of the investigation to the CDSS Program Contract Manager and the County Information Security and/or Privacy Officer within fifteen (15) working days of the discovery of the Incident and/or Breach. To the extent CDSS has such information, the report shall include but not be limited to the following:
