Monthly Xxxx. 8.1.1 The SPO shall raise an invoice on the Consumer based on the meter reading of the Power Supplied and the applicable Tariff for the relevant Calendar Month as determined by the SPO jointly with the representatives of the Consumer ("Monthly Xxxx") and the Consumer shall pay the invoice not later than the 07 days of Date of each invoice (the “Due Date”). For avoidance of doubt, each Monthly Xxxx raised by the SPO shall include Tariff for lost output as provided under Clauses 2.2, 5.11 and 7. 1. All amounts due under any Monthly Xxxx shall be paid into the bank account notified by the SPO on or prior to the Due Date. 8.1.2 The Consumer shall be entitled to raise any dispute in respect of the Monthly Xxxx within 3 (Three) days of receipt of such xxxx over the meter reading taken by the SPO.
