More4 Repeat Fee. The More4 Repeat Fee shall be 1% of the Channel 4 Licence Fee and shall be payable (subject to receipt of a valid and undisputed invoice and mutual signature of the Agreement) following thirty (30) days from the relevant notice that the More4 Service wishes to acquire the Programme(s) and/or Series as described herein.
