Mortgage Loan Administration Matters Regarding Impositions. Maintenance of Records by Lender. Lender shall maintain records of the monthly and aggregate Imposition Deposits held by Lender for the purpose of paying Taxes, insurance premiums, and each other obligation of Borrower for which Imposition Deposits are required.
