Administrative Fees and Expenses. All reasonable costs, charges and expenses incurred by the Plan Administrator or the Trustee in connection with the administration of the Plan or the Trust shall be paid by the Plan Sponsor. If not so paid, such costs, charges and expenses shall be charged to the Trust, if any, established in connection with the Plan. The Trustee shall be specifically authorized to charge its fees and expenses directly to the Trust. If the Trust has insufficient liquid assets to cover the applicable fees, the Trustee shall have the right to liquidate assets held in the Trust to pay any fees or expenses due. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no Compensation other than reimbursement for expenses shall be paid to a Plan Administrator who is an employee of the Plan Sponsor.

In the event any part of the Trust becomes subject to tax, all taxes incurred will be paid from the Fund unless the Plan Administrator advises the Trustee not to pay such tax.

Administrative Fees and Expenses. EFI may not use FLVCP Funds to pay for administrative fees and expenses. EFI may use, and may permit FOF to use, Program Income to pay administrative fees and expenses. All administrative fees and expenses paid by EFI must be both reasonable and necessary to the administration of the FLVCP.

Administrative Fees and Expenses. Upon request, DRA will advance the first Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) of the filing and hearing fees charged by NAF for any Claim filed by any AWARDEE or any Covered Person against DRA. The Arbitrator will determine who will ultimately be responsible for paying any filing, hearing or other administrative fees in connection with the arbitration. Unless inconsistent with applicable law, each party to an arbitration shall bear the expense of their respective attorneys', experts' and witness fees and expenses, regardless of which party prevails in the arbitration.
