MORTGAGE MANAGER TO COMPLY WITH DIRECTIONS. The Trustee or the Trust Manager may (but shall not be obliged to) give directions and instructions to the Mortgage Manager as to the action to be taken pursuant to clause 7.2. The Mortgage Manager must comply with those directions and instructions.
