Mortgage Recording. The Shipowner will cause this Mortgage to be duly recorded or filed in the Office of the Deputy Commissioner of Maritime Affairs of the Republic of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Islands, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 3 of the Republic of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Islands Maritime Act of 1990, as amended, and will otherwise comply with and satisfy all of the provisions of applicable laws of the Republic of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Islands in order to establish and maintain this Mortgage as a first preferred mortgage thereunder upon the Vessel and upon all renewals, replacements and improvements made in or to the same for the amount of the Indebtedness hereby secured.
Mortgage Recording. The Shipowner will cause this Mortgage to be duly recorded or filed in the Office of the Deputy Commissioner of Maritime Affairs of the Republic of Liberia, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 3 of Title 21 of the Liberian Code of Laws of 1956, as amended, and will otherwise comply with and satisfy all of the provisions of applicable laws of the Republic of Liberia in order to establish and maintain this Mortgage as a first preferred mortgage thereunder upon the Vessel and upon all renewals, replacements and improvements made in or to the same for the amount of the Indebtedness hereby secured.

Mortgage Recording. The Shipowner will cause this Mortgage to be duly filed and recorded by the National Vessel Documentation Center in accordance with the provisions of the Ship Mortgage Act, and will otherwise comply with and satisfy all of the provisions of applicable laws of the United States in order to establish and maintain this Mortgage as a preferred mortgage thereunder upon the Vessel and upon all renewals, replacements and improvements made in or to the same for the amount of the Indebtedness hereby secured.
Mortgage Recording. The Shipowner will cause the Mortgage to be duly recorded or filed in the Shipping Registry of Hong Kong, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the laws of Hong Kong and will otherwise comply with and satisfy all of the provisions of applicable laws of Hong Kong in order to establish and maintain (a) the Mortgage as a first priority statutory mortgage thereunder upon the Vessel and upon all renewals, replacements and improvements made in or to the same and (b) this Deed as a first priority assignment of, charge over, and security interest in the Vessel or other property assigned hereunder.
Mortgage Recording. The Owner will cause this Second Mortgage to be duly recorded in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 3 of Title 21 of the Liberian Code of Laws Revised, as amended, (hereinafter called the "Liberian Maritime Law") and will otherwise comply with and satisfy all of the provisions of the Liberian Maritime Law in order to establish and maintain this Second Mortgage as a second preferred mortgage on the Vessel.
Mortgage Recording. The Shipowner will cause the Mortgage to be duly recorded or filed in the Office of [_________________________________________] of the Republic of Malta, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the laws of the Republic of Malta and will otherwise comply with and satisfy all of the provisions of applicable laws of the Republic of Malta in order to establish and maintain (a) the Mortgage as a first preferred statutory mortgage thereunder upon the Vessel and upon all renewals, replacements and improvements made in or to the same and (b) this Deed, the Securities Guaranty and any other Security Documents as a first priority assignment of, charge over, and security interest in the Vessel or other property assigned thereunder.

Mortgage Recording. The Banks and the Agent agree that the mortgage to be delivered pursuant to SECTION 4.01(i) shall not be recorded; but all parties agree that such mortgage may, at the discretion of the Required Banks, be recorded during the existence of a Default and Borrower agrees to pay, on demand by the Agent, all recording fees and mortgage tax in connection with such recording.

The Shipowner will cause the Mortgage to be duly recorded or filed in the Office of the Register of Shipping of the Department of Maritime Administration of Bermuda, in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1 of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, as amended, and will otherwise comply with and satisfy all of the provisions of applicable laws of Bermuda in order to establish and maintain the Mortgage as a Second priority statutory mortgage thereunder upon the Vessel, and this Deed as a second priority charge thereunder upon the Vessel and upon all renewals, replacements and improvements made in or to the same for the amount of the Indebtedness hereby secured.
