Tape-recording. The Fund on behalf of itself and its Customers authorizes the Custodian to tape record any and all telephonic or other oral instructions given to the Custodian by or on behalf of the Fund, including from any Authorized Person. This authorization will remain in effect until and unless revoked by the Fund in writing. The Fund further agrees to solicit valid written or other consent from any of its employees with respect to telephone communications to the extent such consent is required by applicable law.

Trust authorizes the Custodian to tape record any and all telephonic or other oral instructions given to the Custodian by or on behalf of the Trust, including from any Authorized Person. This authorization will remain in effect until and unless revoked by the Trust in writing. The Trust, upon request, further agrees to solicit valid written or other consent from any of its employees with respect to telephone communications to the extent such consent is required by Applicable Law.

The Company authorizes the Custodian to tape record any and all telephonic or other oral instructions given to the Custodian by or on behalf of the Company, including from any Authorized Person. This authorization will remain in effect until and unless revoked by the Company in writing. The Company, upon request, further agrees to solicit valid written or other consent from any of its employees with respect to telephone communications to the extent such consent is required by Applicable Law.
Tape-recording. The Fund on behalf of itself and its Customers authorizes BBH&Co. to tape record any and all telephonic or other oral instructions given to BBH&Co. by or on behalf of the Fund, including from any Authorized Person. This authorization will remain in effect until and unless revoked by the Fund in writing. The Fund further agrees to solicit valid written or other consent from any of its employees with respect to telephone communications to the extent such consent is required by applicable law.
Tape-recording. The parties consent to recording of any and all telephonic or other oral instructions. This authorization will remain in effect until and unless revoked by the Fund, the General Partner or the Administrator in writing. Each party further agrees to solicit valid written or other consent from any of its employees, officers, directors or agents with respect to telephone communications to the extent such consent is required by applicable law.
Tape-recording. Customer hereby authorizes Xxxxxxxxxx to make recordings of telephone conversations between Xxxxxxxx and Xxxxxxxxxx regardless of whether a periodic tone signal is used. Customer consents to the use of such tape recording in any forum in connection with resolving disputes. Xxxxxxxxxx and its affiliates may also, at their discretion, utilize a telephone recording system to place Customers orders. Xxxxxxxxxx may erase or dispose of such tapes in accordance with its normal procedures.
Tape-recording. 11. The Bank may choose (but is not obliged) to record the Customer’s verbal instructions and/or communication with the Bank. Such recordings, being the sole property of the Bank, shall be conclusively binding on the Customer and the Bank reserves the right to destroy the recordings after such period of time it sees fit. Tape-recording. Any meeting or hearing held pursuant to this Article may be tape recorded if all parties agree.
Tape-recording. Borrower consents and agrees that all telephone conversations or data transmissions between Borrower and its agents and the Bank may be recorded and retained by either party by use of any reasonable means. Borrower agrees to indemnify and hold the Bank harmless against any and all liability that the Bank may incur as a result of such recordings.
Tape-recording. Unless otherwise prohibited by applicable Law, the parties shall have the right to record telephone conversations between themselves, and waive any right to further notice of any such recording. The parties agree to make such recordings available to each other upon reasonable notice.
