MORTGAGE REDUCING TERM TAKAFUL. Whenever required by the Chargee, the Chargor shall take up and maintain a mortgage reducing term policy under a Takaful mortgage plan as the Chargee may in its absolute discretion decide or any other policy guaranteeing the payment of the Indebtedness.
