Common use of Mortgage Servicing Fees Clause in Contracts

Mortgage Servicing Fees. The Manager and its Affiliates shall be entitled to be paid a Mortgage Servicing Fee on each Mortgage which it services, which, when added to Mortgage Servicing Fees paid by the Borrower of that Mortgage Loan, does not exceed the lesser of the customary, competitive fee for the provision of such mortgage services on that type of mortgage or 1.0% of the principal outstanding in such loan.
