Common use of Mortgage Servicing Fees Clause in Contracts

Mortgage Servicing Fees. The Manager or its Affiliates shall be entitled to receive and retain all Mortgage Servicing Fees paid or payable by Borrowers. The Mortgage Servicing Fee paid by the Borrowers shall not exceed the lesser of the customary, competitive fee for the provision of such mortgage services on the particular type of mortgage or an annual amount of 3/4 of 1% of the principal outstanding in such loan.
