Common use of Mortgagee Clause in Contracts

Mortgagee. The holder of any note or obligation secured by a mortgage, deed of trust, security interest or title retention interest affecting the Building or the Land, including, without limitation, lessors under ground leases, sale-leasebacks and lease-leasebacks.

Mortgagee. The holder of any note or obligation secured by a mortgage, deed of trust, security interest or title retention interest affecting the Complex, the Building or the Land, including, without limitation, including lessors under ground leases, sale-leasebacks and lease-leasebacks.
