Common use of Mortgagee’s Fees and Expenses; Indemnification Clause in Contracts

Mortgagee’s Fees and Expenses; Indemnification. (a) Mortgagor agrees that Mortgagee shall be entitled to reimbursement of its expenses incurred hereunder by the Mortgagor and Mortgagee and other indemnitees shall be indemnified by the Mortgagor, in each case of this clause (a), mutatis mutandis, as provided in Section 9.05 of the Credit Agreement and any applicable provision of any Other First Lien Agreement.
