Common use of Mosaic, Mosaic Fertilizer, LLC and Mosaic Crop Nutrition, LLC Guarantees Clause in Contracts

Mosaic, Mosaic Fertilizer, LLC and Mosaic Crop Nutrition, LLC Guarantees. (a) Each of Mosaic, Mosaic Fertilizer, LLC and Mosaic Crop Nutrition, LLC hereby agree to become subject to the terms of the Indenture as an Affiliate Guarantor and to further evidence its Note Guarantee, each such Affiliate Guarantor shall execute and deliver to the Trustee in accordance with Section 10.02 of the Indenture a notation of such Note Guarantee, substantially in the form included in Exhibit G to the Original Indenture.
