Most Economical Method. Authorized Travelers are required to use the Most Economical Method of travel. Travel Services may reserve refundable or nonrefundable airfares as deemed appropriate under the circumstances. If an Authorized Traveler departs early or returns late to take advantage of reduced airfares, lodging and meals will be reimbursed in accordance with this Policy, provided that a net savings to the Aviation Authority is realized and such savings are documented in advance with the Travel Authorization & Expense Report.
