Common use of Most-favoured-nation Treatment Clause in Contracts

(2) Each Contracting Party shall ensure that nationals or companies of the other Contracting Party and to their investments are accorded treatment no not less favourable than the treatment that which it accords to the nationals or companies of any third State in like circumstances regard to investors the management, use, enjoyment or disposal of a nonContracting Party and to their investments with respect to investment including management and control over business activities.
