Common use of MOST FAVOURED PRICE Clause in Contracts

MOST FAVOURED PRICE. 4.1 The Supplier must offer to all Customers a Price for a Product and/or Service which is no less favourable than the Price paid by any other Customer of substantially similar Products and/or Services. 4.2 Where the Supplier offers more favourable prices to any Customer, it must promptly make the more favourable price available to all other State Agencies entitled to the benefit of this Agreement for future Customer Contracts and in respect of a Price for Services, the Contractor must amend its Services Ceiling Price rates accordingly.
