Common use of Motions for Directions Clause in Contracts

Motions for Directions. (a) The Plaintiffs or the Settling Defendants may apply to the Courts for directions in respect of the implementation of this Settlement Agreement. (b) All motions contemplated by this Settlement Agreement shall be on notice to the Parties to this Settlement Agreement. For certainty, notice need not be provided to Settlement Class Members in the event of a motion unless so required by the Court.
