Grievance Committee. The Hospital will recognize a Grievance Committee composed of the Chief Xxxxxxx and not more than (as set out in Local Provisions Appendix) employees selected by the Union who have completed their probationary period. A general representative of the Union may be present at any meeting of the Committee. The purpose of the Committee is to deal with complaints or grievances as set out in this Collective Agreement. The Union shall keep the Hospital notified in writing of the names of the members of the Grievance Committee appointed or selected under this Article as well as the effective date of their respective appointments. A Committee member shall suffer no loss of earnings for time spent during their regular scheduled working hours in attending grievance meetings with the Hospital up to, but not including arbitration. The number of employees on the Grievance Committee shall be determined locally.
Grievance Committee. The Hospital will recognize a grievance committee comprising of members to be elected or appointed from the bargaining unit. One member shall be chairman. The purpose of the committee is to deal with grievances as set out in this Collective Agreement. The number of employees on the grievance committee shall be determined locally and shall be set in the Local Provisions Appendix.
Grievance Committee. The Employer agrees to recognize a Grievance Committee of two (2) Union Representatives for the purpose of meeting with the Employer in the grievance procedure.

Grievance Committee. (a) The Hospital will recognize a Grievance Committee composed of up to four (4) Union members, one of whom will be the grievor, selected by the Union who have completed their probationary period. A general representative of the Union may be present at any meeting of the Committee. The purpose of the Committee is to deal with complaints or grievances as set out in this Collective Agreement.
(b) A Committee member shall suffer no loss of earnings for time spent during their regular scheduled working hours in attending grievance meetings with the Hospital up to, but not including arbitration.
Grievance Committee. The Hospital will recognize a Grievance Committee of three (3) nurses to attend a grievance meeting.
Grievance Committee. The Hospital will recognize a Grievance Committee composed of up to (as defined in the local provisions under L9) union representatives selected/elected by the union who have completed their probationary period. The grievor will be entitled to attend any meeting pertaining to his/her grievance. A general representative of the union may be present at any meeting of the grievance committee. The purpose of the committee is to deal with grievances as set out in this collective agreement. Grievance committee representatives shall suffer no loss of earnings for time spent during their regular scheduled working hours in attending these meetings up to but not including arbitration.
Grievance Committee. There shall be a Grievance Committee of up to three (3) nurses of which only two (2) shall participate with the Employer in grievance meetings at any one (1) time.
Grievance Committee. The Employer will recognize a Grievance Committee(s) consisting of the Bargaining Unit President and one other representative, one of whom shall be the chair. This committee shall operate and conduct itself in accordance with the provisions of the Collective Agreement.
