Common use of Motions for Directions Clause in Contracts

Motions for Directions. (1) The Plaintiffs, Class Counsel, the Claims Administrator, or the Defendants may apply to the Courts for directions in respect of the implementation and administration of this Settlement Agreement. (2) All motions contemplated by this Settlement Agreement, including applications to the Courts for directions, shall be on notice to the Parties.
