Common use of Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance Clause in Contracts

Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance. Contractor shall maintain motor vehicle liability insurance with limits not less than $1,000,000 combined single limit each accident. Such insurance shall cover liability arising out of an accident involving a motor vehicle in use by Contractor, including, but not limited to, Contractor owned, hired, and non-owned motor vehicles. Worker’s Compensation and Employer’s Liability Insurance: Contractor shall maintain statutory worker’s compensation and employer’s liability insurance for all of Contractor’s employees who will be engaged in the performance of work on the property, including special coverage extensions where applicable.
