Common use of Move-Related Transportation and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Move-Related Transportation and Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for actual and reasonable expenses incurred in relation to the relocation to Switzerland, including temporary living expenses (e.g., hotel costs, meals, transportation, etc.) and reasonable expenses relating to the shipping of clothing, personal effects and household goods. The Executive agrees to make reasonable efforts to secure independent housing within a reasonable period of time.
