Benefits and Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Director for reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with discharging his duties as a Board member. Any additional expenses shall be pre-approved by the President or CFO of the Company and will be reimbursed subject to receiving reasonable substantiating documentation relating to such expenses.
Benefits and Expenses. During the term of this Agreement, the Executive shall be entitled to the following benefits and expense reimbursement:
(a) The Executive shall be entitled to up to four (4) weeks of paid vacation per calendar year, in accordance with the Company's policy from time to time in effect as determined by the Board;
(b) The Executive shall be entitled to participate in and/or receive all fringe benefits such as medical, disability, hospital and health insurance plans, and profit sharing, pension plan, life insurance and other plans, if any, which the Company may generally make available to its executives. The Executive shall also be included in the Directors and Officers' indemnification insurance policy, if obtained;
(c) The Company shall also issue to the Executive a corporate credit card to be utilized by the Executive in connection with any additional out-of-pocket expenses which he may incur in connection with the performance of his duties. During the term of this Agreement, the Company shall, upon presentation of proper vouchers, also reimburse the Executive for all reasonable expenses incurred by him directly in connection with his performance of services as an officer and Executive of the Company;
(d) The Corporation shall maintain a ______ million dollar ($__,000,000) key man policy insuring against the loss of Executive's life, which shall name the Company as beneficiary;
(e) The Executive shall receive as paid days off all national holidays that the Company, pursuant to established policy, recognizes and observes.
(f) The Executive shall receive a car allowance of $7,200.00 per year. All other expenses of maintaining a vehicle will be born by the Executive except to the extent that mileage shall be reimbursed for business trips of greater than 25 miles per trip.
Benefits and Expenses. In addition to those benefits provided to similarly situated employees of the Company, Employee shall be entitled to those employee benefits (including expense reimbursement) as set forth on Schedule A hereto ("Benefits").

Executive shall receive from the Company such other benefits as may be granted to senior management of the Company generally, including health, dental, life and disability insurance and vacation benefits. In addition, Executive shall be provided with an automobile allowance in accordance with the Company’s then-current plan. The Company shall reimburse Executive for all reasonable travel, entertainment and other expenses which Executive may incur in regard to the business of Company or Parent, in accordance with and subject to the limitations of the Company’s standard practices and policies and Executive’s presentation of such documents and records as Company shall require to substantiate such expenses.

Employer shall reimburse Executive for all reasonable travel, entertainment and other expenses which Executive may incur in regard to the business of Employer, in accordance with and subject to the limitations of Employer’s standard practices and policies and Executive’s presentation of such documents and records as Employer shall require to substantiate such expenses. Executive shall also receive up to $1,200 per month for the lease, maintenance, operation and expense of an automobile to be utilized by the Executive in connection with the Employer’s business.
Benefits and Expenses. While employed by the Company, you will be eligible to participate in the Company’s employee benefit plans (including vacation policy) as in effect from time to time, on the same basis as those benefits are generally made available to other peer executives of the Company. You will be entitled to reimbursement, by the Company in accordance with then current Company policies applicable to other executives of the Company, of reasonable business expenses that you incur in the performance of your duties hereunder.
Benefits and Expenses. (a) During the term of the Executive's employment hereunder, the Executive shall, subject to the terms thereof and the eligibility requirements therefor, be eligible to participate in any insurance, pension, retirement or other benefit program maintained by the Corporation for executive employees.
(b) In order to facilitate the Executive's carrying out his duties hereunder, the Corporation shall promptly reimburse the Executive for all reasonable expenses paid or incurred by him in promoting the business of the Corporation, upon presentation by the Executive of an itemized accounting therefor.
Benefits and Expenses a. You may continue to participate in any and all benefit programs that the Company establishes and makes available to its employees from time to time, provided you are eligible under (and subject to all provisions of) the plan documents governing those programs. The benefit programs made available by the Company, and the rules, terms and conditions for participation in such benefit programs, may be changed by the Company at any time without advance notice (other than as required by such programs or under law).
b. All reasonable business expenses that are documented by you and incurred in the ordinary course of business will be reimbursed in accordance with the Company’s standard policies and procedures. Notwithstanding the foregoing, unless the Board otherwise determines (i) for up to 24 months following the Effective Date travel expenses for travel between your home and the Company’s Boston area headquarters will be reimbursed in accordance with the Company’s Travel and Expense Policy and (ii) beginning 24 months following the Effective Date, the Company will no longer reimburse you for travel expenses for travel between your home and the Company’s Boston area headquarters.
