Common use of Moving Tenant's Property Clause in Contracts

Moving Tenant's Property. Any and all damage or injury to the Premises or the Project caused by moving the property of Tenant into or out of the Premises, or due to the same being on the Premises, shall be repaired by Landlord, at the expense of Tenant. No furniture, equipment or other bulky matter of any description shall be received into the Building or carried in the elevators except as may be approved in writing by Landlord, and the same shall be delivered only through the designated delivery entrance and freight elevator, if any, in the Building, at such times as shall be designated by Landlord. All moving of furniture, equipment, and other materials shall be subject to such rules and regulations as Landlord may promulgate from time to time; provided however, in no event shall Landlord be responsible for any damages to or charges for moving the same. Tenant shall promptly remove from the Common Area any of Tenant’s furniture, equipment or other property there deposited.
