Common use of MPU Product Pricing Clause in Contracts

MPU Product Pricing. The methodology for calculating the pricing for MPU Products is set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto. The same pricing and pricing methodology shall apply to Fusion Products, if and when such Fusion Products are developed by AMD. i.
