The rejection of a load by the MRF inspector is binding on all parties. The Corporation will notify the Municipality electronically (e-mail) of any rejected loads, generally within 24 hours after the close of business on the day of the rejected load. Load rejection notification will normally be in the form of a report identifying the material quality issue and include photographs of the contamination. Continued failure of a customer to meet the minimum quality standards could result in a determination that this agreement has been breached. Municipality shall have the right to appeal the termination of the Agreement, and the appeal shall be heard by the Corporation’s Board of Commissioners.
