Induction Procedures a) The parties to this Agreement acknowledge that it is in the interests of the industry that all new employees and employers on a building project understand their obligations to this Agreement and are introduced to their jobs in a manner which will help them work safely and efficiently.
b) In order to achieve this it is recommended that, in conjunction with the Site Management, Job Xxxxxxx and Safety Supervisor/Safety Committee, new employees and new employers be given an explanation of the following: ⮚ The Rights and Obligations of this Agreement including its disputes/grievance resolution procedures; ⮚ The appropriate issue of work clothing and safety equipment as per this Agreement; ⮚ Safety Rules and Procedures including relevant legislation; ⮚ Superannuation entitlements; ⮚ Long Service Leave provisions; ⮚ Redundancy Pay entitlements; ⮚ Site Emergency procedures; ⮚ Award or Enterprise Agreement rates of pay; ⮚ Site-specific matters such as security, etc. procedures; ⮚ Rights, obligations and benefits of union membership.
c) The induction presentation and material shall have regard to the language skills of the employee/employer.

The parties acknowledge that it is in the interests of all concerned that all new employees on a building project understand their obligations and that they are introduced to their jobs in a manner that will help them to work safely and efficiently. It is agreed that this is a joint responsibility of site management, the employer and the job xxxxxxx. In order to achieve the satisfactory induction of employees it is recommended that new employees are given an explanation of all safety rules and procedures, including the provisions of any relevant legislation or regulation, security, emergency procedures and any relevant agreements affecting the site. This should be undertaken by site management, the job xxxxxxx and the safety supervisor safety committee. The induction presentations and materials shall have regard to the language skills of the employee.

Induction of new employees shall be carried out by a management or supervisory employee of the enterprise. It is agreed that this is a joint responsibility of both site management, and employees. In conjunction with the site foreperson/manager, employees and safety supervisor /safety committee, new employers and employees will be given an explanation of all safety rules and procedures, including the provisions of any Relevant legislation or regulation, security, emergency procedures and any relevant agreements affecting the site. The induction presentations and materials shall have regard to the language skills of the employer/employee.
Induction Procedures. 2.9.1 The parties acknowledge that it is in the interests of all concerned that all new employees understand their obligations and that they are introduced to their jobs in a manner that will help them to work safely and efficiently.
2.9.2 The induction of new employees shall be the responsibility of the Enterprise and shall be carried out by employees of the Enterprise.

11.3.2 In order to achieve this new employees will be inducted into accordance with Xxxxxx Yuncken Policy and Procedures including an explanation of the following:

It is agreed that this is a joint responsibility of both management and Company Delegate.
17.2 In order to achieve this it is agreed that, in conjunction with the Company Management, Job Stewards and Safety Committee, employees will be given an explanation of all safety rules and procedures, including the provisions of any relevant legislation or regulation.
17.3 A detailed explanation shall be provided regarding Security, Emergency Procedures, rates of pay, and any applicable agreements affecting wages, conditions and work practices.
17.4 The induction presentation and materials shall have regard to the language skills of the employer/employee.
