Common use of MSC Clause in Contracts

MSC. 10.9 In accordance with Exhibit C, multiple MSCs must be able to be networked to form Soft Hand-off cluster allowing any BTS served by MSC-A to enter soft hand-off with any BTS served by MSC-B where MSC-A and MSC-B are from different vendors (IS-41).
