MSRC Actions. If the Covered Entity fails to meet any of its obligations in (i) discontinue operations that depend on the Covered Entity's actions; or (ii) make the appropriate arrangements for Management of Recovered Product or Waste in the name, on behalf, and at the sole cost and expense of, the Covered Entity.
