Common use of MTT-Kisnet Agreement Clause in Contracts

MTT-Kisnet Agreement. All necessary actions have been taken and --------------------- all necessary approvals have been obtained by Khan and/or MTT prior to the Closing in order to ensure that all of the rights and obligations of MTT and Kisnet Corporation, Inc. under the KISNET-MTT STEPS Distribution Agreement continue without any modification or interruption immediately following the Closing.

MTT-Kisnet Agreement. All necessary actions have been taken --------------------- and --------------------- all necessary approvals have been obtained by Khan and/or MTT prior to the Closing in order to ensure that all of the rights and obligations of MTT and Kisnet Corporation, Inc. under the KISNET-MTT STEPS STEPS(C) Distribution Agreement continue without any modification or interruption immediately following the Closing. The valid and binding agreement of Kisnet to assign the KISNET-MTT STEPS(C) Distribution Agreement in favor of JRT is attached hereto as Exhibit B and made --------- part hereof for all purposes.
