Common use of Multi-Center Publication Clause in Contracts

Multi-Center Publication. Institution and Investigator acknowledge that if the Trial is part of a multi-center trial, Sponsor anticipates a joint multi-center primary full publication. Therefore, Institution and Investigator agree not to publish, present or otherwise disclose any results of or information pertaining to Institution’s and Investigator’s activities conducted under this Agreement before such multi-center publication has been 7.1.5
