MULTI-SKILLING BONUS. Employees or DSP who possess a valid Journeyman Certification in two (2) or more trades are eligible for a $1.00 per hour ‘Multi- Skilling Bonus’. This bonus is in addition to any other premiums such as ‘Lead Hand, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, etc.’ This premium can only be applied once on the Employee’s wage.
