Multi-User Licence Sample Clauses

Multi-User Licence. Conditioned upon compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Ultraleap hereby grants to Purchaser a limited non-exclusive licence, with the right to grant sub-licence to Purchaser’s distributors, resellers and End Users, to use the Ultraleap Software in a multi-user environment solely in connection with the Bundle. All other terms of the ▇▇▇▇ will apply to the Purchaser, Purchaser’s distributors, resellers and End Users, except that in the event of a conflict between the terms of the ▇▇▇▇ and this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement will govern.
Multi-User Licence. If you hold a Multi User Licence then the Licence is changed as follows: you may use the Product as per the Licence, with the following modifications: (a) Clauses 1(b)(i) and (c)(i) shall now read: (b) (i) at any one time, there shall not be more instances of the Product in use than the number of Client Access Licences held by You for the Product. (c) (i) at any one time, there shall not be more instances of the Product in use than the number of Client Access Licences held by You for the Product.” (b) You can make a mirror copy of the CD-ROM disc onto the hard disk of your network server in support of your use of the Product, PROVIDED that: (i) You make only one mirror copy for each physical CD-ROM disc containing the Product which is in your possession. (ii) Upon making the mirror copy, you do not use the physical CD-ROM disc to serve data from.
Multi-User Licence. With the purchase of a multi-user licence the right of use applies for the agreed number of client licences. Depending on the licencing model of the software the client licences apply for the simultaneous access (“floating licence”) or for certain users (“fixed licence”). A usage of the software that exceeds the agreed upon scope of use is not permitted.

  • Developer License We grant you a non-assignable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide right and license for the number of Developer(s) indicated in the Order Form to install the Software on any number of Machines in order to internally use the Software to create, develop and test Applications. For clarity, a single Software license may be re-allocated to another Developer in the event that the original Developer is no longer employed by you or has been assigned to a new role where access to the Software will no longer be required on a permanent basis.

  • Software Licence The following licence terms apply whether HP provides software to Customer as part of a managed service or as a separate software transaction.
