Common use of Multiemployer Plan Clause in Contracts

Multiemployer Plan. “Multiemployer Plan” shall mean any “multiemployer plan,” as defined in Section 4001(a)(3) of ERISA, (A) which Seller maintains, administers, contributes or is required to contribute to and (B) which covers any employee or former employee of Seller or any of its Subsidiaries.
