Multilateral Environmental and Labour Standards and Agreements. 1. The Parties recognise the value of international environmental governance and agreements as a response of the international community to global or regional environmental problems as well as decent work for all as a key element of sustainable development for all countries and as a priority objective of international cooperation. 2. Taking into account Articles 12 and 13 of Annex VII to this Agreement, the Parties, in the context of this Article, reaffirm their rights and their commitment to implement their obligations in respect of the Multilateral Environmental Agreements ("MEAs") and the International Labour Organisation ("ILO") conventions that they have ratified respectively.
