Administrative Processing. 9.3.1 The administrative processing portion of the Pre-License Survey (which includes without limitation processing the Application, preparing Make-Ready Work orders, notifying Joint Users and other persons and entities of work requirements and schedules, coordinating the relocation/rearrangement of AT&T- 22STATE and/or other Licensed Facilities) will be performed by AT&T-22STATE at CLEC’s expense. Anything to the contrary herein notwithstanding, AT&T-22STATE shall bear no responsibility for the relocation, rearrangement or removal of Facilities used for the transmission or distribution of electric power.

Anything to the contrary herein notwithstanding, AT&T shall bear no responsibility for the relocation, rearrangement or removal of Facilities used for the transmission or distribution of electric power.
