Multiple Indebtedness Mortgage. This Instrument has been executed by Borrower pursuant to Article 3298 of the Louisiana Civil Code for the purpose of securing the Indebtedness that may now be existing and/or that may arise in the future as provided herein, with the preferences and priorities provided under applicable Louisiana law. However, nothing under this Instrument shall be construed as limiting the duration of this Instrument or the purpose or purposes for which the Indebtedness may be requested or extended.
