Multiple of Batches. All Firm Orders and all monthly quantities of Product in Rolling Forecasts, Yearly Volumes and Rough Cut Capacity Plans shall correspond to an integer number of Batches.

Multiple Copies This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original and all of which shall together constitute one and the same instrument. The terms of this Agreement shall become binding upon each party from and after the time that he or it executed a copy hereof. In like manner, from and after the time that any party executes a consent or other document, such consent or other document shall be binding upon such parties.
Multiple Roles The parties expressly acknowledge and consent to Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, acting in the multiple roles of the Indenture Trustee, the Custodian, the Back-Up Servicer and the Successor Servicer. Multiple Classes We may from time to time provide to you written compliance guidelines or standards relating to the sale or distribution of Funds offering multiple classes of shares (each, a “Class”) with different sales charges and distribution related operating expenses. In addition, you will be bound by any applicable rules or regulations of government agencies or self-regulatory organizations generally affecting the sale or distribution of shares of investment companies offering multiple classes of shares.
Provision of Multiple Services If the Sub-Advisor shall have provided both investment advisory services under subparagraph (a) and investment management services under subparagraph (b) of paragraph (1) for the same portion of the investments of the Portfolio for the same period, the fees paid to the Sub-Advisor with respect to such investments shall be calculated exclusively under subparagraph (b) of this paragraph 4.
Termination of Multiple REMICs If the REMIC Administrator makes two or more separate REMIC elections, the applicable REMIC shall be terminated on the earlier of the Final Distribution Date and the date on which it is deemed to receive the last deemed distributions on the related Uncertificated REMIC Regular Interests and the last distribution due on the Certificates is made.
