Multiples Valuation Methodology. The multiples valuations will be based upon the stated revenue and pre-tax earnings for the PROVIDER insurance segment servicing the Genworth Group under the MOAs in the most recent year. Multiples will be applied from comparable transactions to the calculated EBITDA and EBIT amounts, and to the stated revenue.
