Common use of Municipal Compliance Clause in Contracts

Municipal Compliance. It is the responsibility of the tenant to abide by all municipal ordinances, regulations, laws, etc. The tenant agrees to pay for any citations resulting from the tenants disregard, ignorance, unlawful, or intentional infraction of any municipal ordinance, regulation, or law that may be issued to the property. Upon receipt and payment by the landlord/property owner of such infraction, a processing fee of up to 10% may be added by landlord and will be billed to the tenant
