Common use of Municipal Facility Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Municipal Facility Maintenance. Prior to the Licensor, or any of Licensor’s other licensees, accessing or performing any work on a Municipal Facility on which Licensee has installed Equipment, Licensor may require Licensee to deactivate such Equipment if any of Licensor’s employees or agents must move closer to the Equipment than the FCC’s recommended minimum distance. In such case, Licensor will contact Licensee at to request immediate deactivation.
