Common use of Municipal Site Collection Clause in Contracts

Municipal Site Collection. The Contractor shall, without cost to the Village: (i) furnish Village Containers for the deposit of Residential Waste and Recyclable Materials at each Municipal Collection Site; and (ii) collect, transport, and dispose of such Residential Waste and Recyclable Materials, at dates and times and subject to such additional conditions as set forth this Agreement, including the Special Events Collection described in Section 2.2.

Municipal Site Collection. The Contractor shall, without cost to the VillageCity, at Municipal Collection Sites: (i) furnish Village City Containers for the deposit of Residential Landscape Waste and Recyclable Materials at each Municipal Collection Site, for Landscape Waste from municipal sites and operations; and (ii) collect, transport, and dispose of such Residential Waste and Recyclable Landscape Materials, at dates and times mutually agreeable to the City and subject to such additional conditions as set forth this Agreement, including the Special Events Collection described in Section 2.2Contractor. These containers should not be used by the general public for regular dumping of landscape waste that should have a sticker attached. Also the City shall notify the Contractor if a fall leaf collection program will be implemented.

The Contractor shall, without cost to the VillageCity, at Municipal Collection Sites: (i) furnish Village City Containers for the deposit of Residential Waste and Recyclable Materials at each Municipal Collection Site; and (ii) collect, transport, and dispose of such Residential Waste and Recyclable Materials, at dates and times mutually agreeable to the City and subject to such additional conditions as set forth this Agreement, including the Special Events Collection described in Section 2.2Contractor.
