Common use of MUNICIPALITY Clause in Contracts

MUNICIPALITY. The person, corporation or other legal entity authorized by the Owner under this Agreement to attach its Facilities to Poles and the party responsible for compliance with applicable Law and Owner's rules, tariffs, policies, procedures and regulations regarding such accommodations. The term “Municipality” shall be construed to include a municipal Board of Education, public school department, or regional school district which provides education for the Municipality.
