The School and the Agency agree that any future changes that may result in any changes to this Agreement, including, without limitation, revising or increasing the scope of responsibilities, altering the number and type of faculty or the Students involved, or submitting funding requests, will be discussed in advance but not implemented unless and until there is mutual agreement in writing between both parties regarding such changes.
