Common use of Mutual Agreement to Terminate Clause in Contracts

Mutual Agreement to Terminate. The parties have entered into this Agreement in good faith and acknowledge their respective ethical and legal obligations to fulfill this Agreement. However, this Agreement may be terminated at any time during its term by mutual agreement of the parties. In the event of termination by mutual agreement, the Resident has no right to any further stipend compensation by the Medical Center.
