Common use of Mutual change Clause in Contracts

Mutual change. (a) Subject to clause 11.1, this agreement may only be changed by further agreement in writing between the us and you and be accepted by either by signature of both parties, or a written notice of offer and a written notice of acceptance. (b) If we wish to change our Milk Supply Conditions, we will notify you and discuss whether, and the terms and conditions on which you are willing to supply Milk in accordance with our request. Any changes to our Milk Supply Conditions, and the terms and conditions applying to such changes, must be made in writing. A minimum notice period of 3 months will apply, unless the required change is considered business critical.

Any changes to our Milk Supply Conditions, and the terms and conditions applying to such changes, must be made in writing.
