Common use of Mutual Deliveries Clause in Contracts

Mutual Deliveries. At the Closing, Purchaser and Seller shall mutually execute and deliver each to the other: (a) A final Closing Statement reflecting the Purchase Price and the adjustments and prorations required hereunder. (b) Such other and further documents, papers and instruments as may be reasonably required by the parties hereto or their respective counsel. (c) Such other and further documents as may be reasonably required by Seller or Purchaser to carry out the intent and purpose of the Agreement.

Mutual Deliveries. (c) Such other and further documents, papers and instruments as may be reasonably required by the parties hereto or their respective counselcounsel or the Title Company to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and which are not inconsistent with the Agreement or the other Closing Documents. (c) Such other and further documents as may be reasonably required by Seller or Purchaser to carry out the intent and purpose of the Agreement.
