Appointments and Resignations. Evidence of the resignations of Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx as directors of FM, the appointment of Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx and Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx as directors of FM and the resignation of Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx of all of her executive and employment positions with FM.
Appointments and Resignations. FM and the FM Shareholders will take all action to cause the resignations of Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx as directors of FM, the appointment of Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx and Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx as directors of FM and the resignation of Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx of all of her executive and employment positions with FM.
Appointments and Resignations. As of the Closing Date, the Company and Seller shall have taken all actions to cause (a) the persons set forth on Schedule 6.2(e) to be appointed as the Company’s officers and managers and (b) the current officers and managers of the Company to resign from the Company.

(b) Xxxxxx Xxxx shall resign as an officer of NONTRANSIT, effective the Closing Date, and the nominees of BEST shall, as of the Closing, be appointed as the officers of NOWTRANSIT until their successors have been duly elected or appointed and qualified or until their earlier death, resignation or removal in accordance with NOWTRANSIT’s Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws.

Appointment of Xxxxx Xxxxxx to the Hopedale Zoning Board of Appeals (packet) Xxxxx Xxxxxx spoke to the Board regarding his interested and qualification to the Zoning Board of Appeals. The Board stated that they are all excited to see what he will accomplish while on the ZBA and are impressed with Savage’s background. Chair Xxxxx stated that this does not have to be a joint appointment with the ZBA because this is an appointed Board, unlike the Planning Board which is elected and needs a joint meeting. Selectman Xxxxxx moved to appoint Xxxxx Xxxxxx to the Zoning Board of Appeals for a three-year term effective immediately. Selectman Hazard seconded the motion. Xxxxxx – Aye, Hazard – Aye, Xxxxx – Aye Resignation of Xx Xxxxxxx Xx. from the Hopedale Board of Assessors, effective immediately (packet) Chair Xxxxx read the letter provided by Xx Xxxxxxx Xx regarding his resignation. Chair Xxxxx stated that this is a bittersweet resignation, and that Xx Xxxxxxx has done tremendous work while on the Board of Assessors. The Board agreed that they will miss his participation with the Town and thanked him for his time and efforts on the BOA. Selectman Hazard moved to accept the resignation of Xx Xxxxxxx Xx. from the Board of Assessors, effective immediately. Selectman Xxxxxx seconded the motion.

Chief Daige stated that Xxxxx and Xxxxx are hard working individuals and is excited to promote them. Selectman Xxxxxx made a motion to promote Call Firefighter Candidate Xxxxx Xxxxxxx to Call Firefighter, effectively July 1, 2021. Chair Xxxxx seconded the motion. Xxxxxx – Aye, Xxxxx – Aye Appointment of Xxxxx Xxxxxxx from Call Firefighter Candidate to Call Firefighter effective July 1, 2021 Selectman Xxxxxx made a motion to promote Call Firefighter Candidate Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx to Call Firefighter, effective July 1, 2021. Chair Xxxxx seconded the motion. Xxxxxx – Aye, Xxxxx – Aye Appointment of Xxxx Xxxxxxxx as a Full-Time Police Officer effective July 12, 2021 Chair Xxxxx read the letter provided by the Police Chief. Chief Giovanella stated that he is very excited to have Xxxx join the Hopedale Police Department. Xxxx Xxxxxxxx thanked the Chief and Board of Selectmen. Xxxx stated that he is excited to serve the Town of Hopedale. Selectman Xxxxxx made a motion to accept Xxxx Xxxxxxxx as a full-time Police Officer effective July 12, 2021. Create Schedule, Rotation and Appointment Process Chair Xxxxx stated that he is excited to begin this process and meet with Town Residents. Town Administrator Xxxxxxxxx stated that the rotation can be created and approved at the next scheduled meeting. Xxxxxxxxx stated that the Board of Selectmen will have to agree upon when they will hold these office hours and whether there will be appointments or walk-ins. Town Administrator Xxxxxxxxx stated that Selectman Xxxxxx volunteered to be the first member to host. Selectman Xxxxxx stated that he would like guidance from KP Law regarding speaking with residents as a member of the Board of Selectmen. Blackstone Valley Partnership IMA, Board of Health (Vote to Accept) Town Administrator stated that this is the final IMA provided by Xxxx Xxxxxx, Hopedale Health Agent. Xxxx Xxxxxx stated that Northbridge is the Town that will be hosting this and that the Town’s involved will benefit from this agreement. Xxxx Xxxxxx stated that there were no fundamental changes compared to the draft IMA and final IMA.
